Site management Thales; Ski station and Follobanen

Site management on behalf of Thales during installation of the new class-B signalling system as part of the SignAn frame agreement. First phase was a rebuild of the NSI-63 relay interlocking at Ski station. Second phase is installation of the new computer based Thales interlocking on Ski station. Third phase is installation of the new Thales interlocking on the new double track Follobanen line; with planned commissioning in 2022. Follow up of installation contractors NJD AS and NRC Rail AS; planning; clarifications and coordination towards Bane NOR and the other contractors are main focus areas.
