Sub Project Management; upgrade of class-B signalling systems

Sub Project Managemen for upgrade of Thales class-B signalling systems on behalf of Bane NOR. The Project scope is to upgrade the SW; and in some cases HW; on alreade commissioned lines. ProRail scope is to be the Project Manager's advisor for signalling issues and responsibility for project documentation and functional studies. Part of the scope is to assist other activities and evaluation of fullfilment of the technical requirements in addition to participate during approval activitites and test and commissioning activities.
